Confectious Grooves was founded by James Romaggi, a dedicated confectioner with over six years of experience polishing his craft in professional kitchens and specialty candy production.

James spent three defining years at Three Twins Ice Cream, where he mastered the balance of consistency, premium ingredients, and artisanal small-batch quality. He followed that with another three years as a professional candy maker, refining traditional confectionery techniques and developing his own unique, flavorful recipes.

Today, James brings that expertise to every batch at Confectious Grooves. We focus on handmade candy with vibrant flavors and a personal touch, ensuring every treat is as flavorful as it is enjoyable.
